This practical clock radio with super big display for easy reading comes with two independent alarms--one for you, one for your partner. Wake to radio or buzzer to start the day on time. The ICF-C318 has a 0.9" green LED display, which is easily viewable from across the room, but takes up very little space on your nightstand. It hosts a number of features including dual alarm, extendable snooze bar, built-in calendar and full power memory back up.

Magnasonic MAG-MM176K AM/FM Projection Clock Radio with Dual Alarm, Auto Time Set/Restore, Temperature Display, and Battery Backup
  • I literally searched for months for a clock radio with certain features. I wanted all of these features in one unit: digital radio tuner, large number display, option to dim and/or turn off display light, two alarms, a time projection, easy to program, a small footprint, AND all that at a reasonable price. This little radio has all of that and then some. I love the weight of it...sturdy. It has a contemporary look and feel to it. All in all I am very pleased with this purchase.
  • This clock is pretty good over-all. The radio is a nice feature but the speakers just don't quite cut it. Too much over-all distortion in the sound quality. The clock works well, and seems to maintain good time. Easy too use buttons and nice alarm features like M-F one time set. Two seperate alarms and the Clock does project very well plus the ability to flip your projection display 180 degrees. The one feature that needs improvement is the display light on the unit itself. It is so bright even in the dim mode that it lights up the room. So if you prefer to sleep in the dark you might want to think about this one feature. On the bright side I purchased this clock from Amazon and all was handled…

Etón FR160B Microlink Self-Powered AM/FM/NOAA Weather Radio with Flashlight, Solar Power and Cell Phone Charger (Black)

Etón FR160B Microlink Self-Powered AM/FM/NOAA Weather Radio with Flashlight, Solar Power and Cell Phone Charger (Black)
  • This is truly a phenomenal product. Everything works as described, including the cell phone charging which can be quite a boon when going away from electricity - abroad, to other countries, or hiking/camping/backpacking.The light - powerful halogen type LEDs that power the device, as strong as a good bike light. Battery can be charged via solar or hand crank. Three to five minutes of hand crank has given me over two hours of battery life, and still no sign of dying battery. That's quite a great find for people who need a flashlight all the time like I do.The radio - a bit weak with the speakers, but works. Includes a weather band. A bit of a blah item, especially since the dials pop off all…
  • Just what I was looking for, a small compact radio to take along camping and leave laying around in case of emergency. The weather bands will be usefull in both cases.Note that there is no AC charger for it, and the batteries are not replaceable - the power comes from solar charger or hand crank. It's about the height & width of a soda can, maybe 1/2 the thickness, and light enough to toss into your backpack and not really notice.I hooked it up to my Blackberry Storm (9530) using the USB cord and found that charging was quite easy, no problem keeping a constant charge. However the "15 min for a 1 min call" that the manual states means you'd probably only do this in the most extreme…

Etón American Red Cross ARCFR160R Microlink Self-Powered AM/FM/NOAA Weather Radio with Flashlight, Solar Power and Cell Phone Charger (Red)
  • Etón American Red Cross ARCFR160R Microlink Self-Powered AM/FM/NOAA Weather Radio with Flashlight, Solar Power and Cell Phone Charger (Red)I purchased this unit after I recently purchased the ARCFR150R radio. The same radio, without the USB charging option. My wife liked the FR150 so much, I ordered the FR160 for myself, mainly because of the larger knobs for the tuning and volume controls. At first I thought I would miss the USB charging option (which works very well, by the way), however, I can keep my FR160 topped off by placing it under a lamp (it's easy to verify if it's getting sufficient light by the LED charging indicator). The sound quality is actually very good, keeping in perspective…
  • The radio picks up absolutely no AM stations, although another "emergency" radio at the same location does. FM tuning is "dicey," but acceptable. The slide switch that is supposed to indicate AM, FM, WB (1--7) or Cell doesn't point to anything in particular although it does seem to work--you just have to count the "clicks." The battery that holds the crank or solar charge will likely require replacement at some time, although there's nothing about that in the included documentation or the user's manual from the Eton web site. There is no information about battery maintenance (e.g., should it be drained periodically).

Grace Digital GDI-IR2600 Wi-Fi Internet Radio featuring Pandora, NPR On-Demand, SiriusXM Internet Radio and iHeartRadio - Black
  • Very easy to hook up & connect to my wi-fi. I was also impressed with the sound just coming thru one speaker but you can also hook it up to your home stereo system. I would definately recommend.
  • The radio is great, it has loud crisp sound and the screen and control are easy to get the hang of.More importantly I feel the necessity to rate the internet service of the airport I'm in as I write this review. The company supplying internet here at Midway in Chicago is absolute BS. They call themselves Boingo and they charge too much for internet. What's funny is that the site homepage that pops up it packed with ads that will immediately harass your eyeballs but offer nothing in return. If that's not enough, they do provide 'free' service to sites like ebay and amazon so that you go there if you have nothing to do. They guide people in like mindless cattle, making either consume or get lost;…

Sony SMP-N200 Streaming Media Player with Wi-Fi

,
Sony SMP-N200 Streaming Media Player with Wi-Fi
  • This media player is simple and to the point. It immediately recognized my DLNA servers on my computer and on my synology disk station with no problem. Played mkv avi m4v and everything else I could throw at it. The interface is clunky, and not as elegant as AppleTV's, but this is overall a much simpler and versatile device since it uses standard DLNA protocols which apple tv does not. AppleTV requires you to convert your media files to itunes format, and load media into itunes before AppleTV even sees it. With a standard DLNA player like this one, just fire up the server software on your computer, and everything on your computer is on your TV. simple and straight forward, with no media conversion…
  • This pretty small device does amazing job.My first introduction to the SONY network media players from thr model SMP-N100. Now I've got the new one SMP-N200 and it gives you the same functions and more compact size of the box with nice compact remote. It works fast and streaming all kind of media to my family room TV. With the connection with HDMI gives an excellent picture quality and very nice sound for the home theatre system. I have pretty big library of videos, hoem videos in HD format, thousands of pictures and big audio library - all formats play without any problem. We watch YouTube videos all the time, use different other options, so far there were no problems.I have to say that I'm not…
