- Such beautiful sound out of such little speakers. They make everything sound like it's happening in the room!Things I've noticed:* They are MUCH louder than my previous speakers so I don't have to turn the stereo up as loudly as I used to. I had to adjust my number system for how loud I wanted things (for example, I used to play movies at -12 on my Receiver but now I set it to -18).* My Yamaha Receiver says that their low-end cutoff is 190htz. It is obvious that they require a sub, a very good sub to match, so if you don't have a sub and you're not planning on buying one, go buy a different set of speakers (and regret it).* The mounts work fine once their up on the wall... putting them there…
- I like this system, the mounts are nice and I like the plugs in the rear to connect the speaker wire. The covers aren't as bad as everyone makes them out to be, mine seem to be staying on just fine. A lot of people complaining about the sound must not be setting the system up correctly. With all the adjustments in the new receivers it can be easy to mess up. People may also be trying to play sound out of the frequency range, below 125 Hz. Overall the system sounds great. I paired it up with an SW-8 Pioneer sub since the Klipsch was so expensive (and other said it was nothing special). I am glad I saved the $200 and went with that sub. I definitely would NOT pay more than $400 for this setup…
