- Back in the 1970s, Bose came out with their world-famous 901 series speakers. They could get extremely loud and produced thunderous bass and a big, wide room-filling soundstage. - I saw these speakers locally and looked on Amazon for them. To my delight they were there. Because I had tested them here in store, I knew what I was getting. However when they were actually in my home they were much better than I expected. They are great speakers at a great price and of course they carry the Bose name.
