- sound is great. I havent had any issues yet. I love polk audio products. Have not yet had any problems with any Polk Audio product.
- I was looking forward to getting this product because Polk has a decent reputation, but I was definitely disappointed. The soundbar only had slightly better sound than my tv speakers, and the subwoofer would cut in and out. I didn't just give up on it, I changed the channel on the subwoofer, tried different inputs on the bar, but nothing helped. I considered upgrading to the 6000 model, but after reading the reviews I believe it has the same performance issues as this model. I wound up returning the 4000 and getting the Sony HTC-CT550W. The price was comparable and the sound a world better. Also it has none of the quality problems that I had with the 4000.
