- I received my Emerson Heritage Stereo System from Discounts Jungle via Amazon, much to my dismay on Christmas morning when my wife opened her Christmas present the turntable was warped. When I contacted Discounts Jungle they wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee for returning their broken product, eventually they decided they would not charge me a 15% restocking fee, but I did have to pay $19.00 to return their broken product. I will continue to buy off Amazon but will not buy anything that is shipped or sold by Discounts Jungle.
- I ordered this item for a friend to give to his wife for Christmas. Delivery was great, got here fast and in time for Christmas. But the surprise was ruined since it was in the actual box, there was no packaging. Then everything seemed to work great but the turntable. It was warped and there were wires everywhere. Sent it back for a replacement, spent another $20.00 for shipping. Received the new one and the table is warped on it as well. He decieded for get it, he was not going to spend another $20.00 on shipping for another damamged device. :(
