- I purchased this system in July 09, it was dead on arrival. I sent it back to the factory authorized service center. They sent me another unit. Now, the speaker is emitting a loud hum. While it was working the sound quality was mediocre at best. Yes, it is still under warranty but I don't think it is worth returning. All I'd get back is another piece of junk.
