- I bought these from another site. Rated at 300 watts I blew them out in a week running 40 watts through them, they are very lightweight also. There are much better cheap speakers out there.
- Forget about using the mounting brackets that come with the speakers. It's a ball swivel mount with a stud that screws into the speaker bottom or back. I mounted the brackets on top of a cabinet and then screwed the stud into the speaker bottom and locked it in place with the locking nut. Within an hour they started to droop. I had to remove the speakers, unfasten the brackets from the cabinet, tighten the swivel ball tension screw on the bottom of the bracket and remount the speakers. After a short time the one speaker was drooping again. Repeated the procedure and remounted speaker. No help, within a short while the speaker was flopped over.
