- This isn't a radio or a Cd player or home theater system. All the bad reviews are by confused people. First of all, as you can see, there is no reciever. Secondly as the product description says, this is for your Pc. If you have a Pc with a sound card capable of hooking up to and ouputting 5.1 surround, this is a simple and very affordable speaker set. Your pc's sound card will allow you to interface with and control the speakers. Any controls on the hardware are either redundant or necessary for initial set up only.
- This radio says 3000 watts. In my room I have a 1000 watts radio surround system that sounds 4 times as loud as this one does. I wanted to buy a louder radio than the one I have in my room, so I saw this 3000 watts radio and expected it to obviously be 3 times louder than the one I own, but it wasn't. Made a good gift for my little sister because she lives in a dorm and they can't have music that loud.
