Once I turned it on for the first time, I realized that the wireless bass unit needed to be turned up all the way. - This product has great sound and I found it at a GREAT price on Amazon.com. I was told by a local retailer (Best Buy) that it did not come with a Toslink Audio cable. When the sound bar arrived, I of course find out that the cable was included. I called Amazon.com customer support to see if returning the cable I bought with the sound bar would be worth it after shipping and such, because the cable only cost about $5. After restocking fees and shipping, it wouldn't be worth it to return, but Amazon CREDITED MY ACCOUNT the cost of the cable anyways!
