When I opened it I noticed one minor annoyance, the feet were slightly different heights and caused it to wobble a little on my very flat terrazzo floor. It wobbled about 1/8." - I've had Pioneer's SW-8 Powered Subwoofer for over a week and it's the final piece for a home theater set up I have consisting of Sony Tower speakers and Polk Center Channel speaker. Pioneer's SW-8 Subwoofer is off the charts. Over the weekend I had a chance to really see how good it is andDAMN!!!!It's good.Setting it up was simple. There's a lil blue light indicating when it's on. There's an auto setting that kicks in when bass is detected, I haven't paid attention to it.
